I am a second-year PhD student in the Department of Psychology at New York University, working in Hartley Lab under the supervision of Prof. Catherine Hartley.
My research interests lie at the intersection of emotion, memory, and decision-making across development. I use behavioral experiments, neuroimaging, and computational approaches to understand these processes.
Before joining NYU, I spent four years as a Project Associate at the Centre for Neuroscience, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore — three years with Dr. Srikanth Padmala in the Emotion and Cognition Lab, and a year with Dr. Sachin Deshmukh in the Space Lab. I hold an M.Sc in Cognitive Sciences from the Centre of Behavioural and Cognitive Sciences (CBCS), University of Allahabad, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from SRM Institute, including a semester abroad at Umeå University, Sweden.
